Who is Pamela Rae Heath?
Pamela Rae Heath obtained her BA in Psychology at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Summa cum Laude. She went on to obtain an MD from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, and became Board Certified in Anesthesiology two years later. Dr. Heath practiced medicine full time at a variety of locations, including serving as Chief of Anesthesia in Humana Hospital-Abilene, as Director of Education for the Anesthesia Department and a member of the Surgery Faculty at Orlando Regional Medical Center, on the faculty of Anesthesia at the University of Florida in Miami, and as Chief of Anesthesia at Chinle Hospital on the Navaho Reservation for two years. In 1995 she returned to school to become a Certified Master Hypnotherapist and obtain a second doctorate degree (Psy.D.), this time in Parapsychology from the American School of Professional Psychology and Rosebridge Graduate School of Integrative Psychology in California. Her faculty included parapsychologists Jon Klimo, Jerry Solfvin, Loyd Auerbach, and Alan Vaughan. Her dissertation, a phenomenological study on psychokinesis, was completed in 1999.

Dr. Heath serves on the Board of Directors for the California Society for Psychical Studies and was co-founder of the Paranormal Research Organization. She has performed field investigations with the Office of Paranormal Investigations since 1996 and been involved in numerous cases, including on the U.S.S. Hornet. In addition to numerous radio interviews, she has been involved with programs for the Learning Channel, the Discovery Channel, CBS, Living TV, and New Zealand’s TV3. She currently divides her time between working as a physician, writing, and doing paranormal investigation. Her primary areas of interest are experiential research and psychokinesis.
